128: Retooling Our Response to Active Shooters
In light of the omnipresent active shooter rampages facing our societies, Scott and Shaun are joined by Lieutenant Jason Polinski of 3D Response Systems to discuss some of the changes in both the mindset and infrastructure needed to update the standard active shooter response protocol, Run, Hide, Fight.
It's a long overdue talk that doesn't focus on politics or the things we will never be able to completely control, but the things that we can, resulting in a conversation steeped in the successes of other public safety practices that we all just simply take for granted.

Awarded the 2015 Friend of Education Award by District 194 for continued dedication to education and training that aided in creating safe learning environments.
