With the shifting opinions and laws regarding the criminalization of marijuana possession in the United States, there have been some significant changes to several societal norms that impact the status-quo of public safety for both cops and the communities that we serve.

So on this episode, we discuss the implications of recent case law provided by the Illinois Supreme Court that changes the conditions of some of the probable cause previously used by the police to detect criminal activity associated  with cannabis consumption.
