A Non-Consensual Decree

With dozens of law enforcement agencies in the United States operating under Department of Justice consent decrees, many feel that a pattern and practice of poor results and premium legal fees has emerged for the politicians, police and citizens that live under these notoriously vague and seemingly endless legal agreements. 

Today, we discuss how the DOJ appears to be responding to some of the cities and states that are considering  improvements to their policing, without the cost and specter of a federal consent decree.
