If America’s 246th birthday has brought us anything, it has definitely been the much needed exposure and accountability of the bad executive leadership within some of our most important institutions- one’s that often impact the quality of our lives, and in some cases, even our safety and survivability.

On this episode, we discuss a couple of the current examples of poor executive leadership that have directly touched us as citizens and police officers.
