This show was about obtaining customer service data to make police better. It is a customer service database that lets people follow their cases, leave feedback for officers and have an interaction of what and how their case is working. The database allows officers to have immediate feedback on their performance and also the administration to get ahead of any problems or training needed by the officer. This allows administration to send out an attaboy or speak to the officers regarding any shortcomings for immediate training
