3CT brings back special guest and good friend, Garland Mays, to provide us with a different perspective on some of the State of Illinois Criminal Justice Reform legislation, the SAFE-T Act.

It's a civil and productive discussion between on-the-ground players that have traditionally been on  opposite sides of the criminal justice system- but see the need for it's improvement.
